Partnered with WLC Architects, Cunningham Engineering provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this exciting joint use facility. Project challenges include coordination with multiple public agencies, incorporation of stormwater quality treatments into the school facility, and selection of landscape designs and materials to compliment the curriculum.

Cunningham Engineering also provided LEED consultation regarding landscape and non-roof site treatments to reduce water use for irrigation and mitigate the site's urban heat island effect. Cunningham's contributions and work on LEED credits helped the project team to earn the LEED Silver certification.
