Part of Sutter Medical's Urban Village Project, the Sutter Brownstones are located on N Street, between 26th and 27th, and are within walking distance to some of the City's best restaurants, cafés, boutiques and galleries. The design team coordinated to create aesthetically pleasing units on the confined site by implementing unique raised landscape courtyards.
