Details:  120-acres | 100-acre/358-lot single-family subdivision | 10-acre retirement community 8-acre apartment complex | extensive open space comprised of greenbelts, bikeways, community parks and detention basin 

A variety of housing products is offered in this 120-acre development in Davis.  Cunningham Engineering prepared preliminary engineering feasibility studies, land entitlement documents, improvement plans and subdivision map for the four phases of the project.

Challenges included portions of the site within an existing 100-year flood zone as well as a strict local ordinance dictating grade separated bicycle/pedestrian circulation.
