UC Davis sought out Cunningham Engineering to conduct an extensive infrastructure study for a new 224-acre master planned residential neighborhood.  We were then selected as part of the winning development team to provide civil engineering for Phase I. 

A state-of-the art sustainable community, West Village incorporates narrow streets, pedestrian and bike connectivity, BMPs and other Low Impact Development techniques.
