Cheryl is a licensed landscape architect and project manager with over 17 years experience in planning and design.

Cheryl has taken projects from master plan through construction documents and administration.  Her range of work includes bikeways, parks and greenbelts, urban design and streetscapes, community design, commercial and residential developments, riparian open space systems, and design guidelines for agencies.  She has also provided landscape plan check services and written Landscape Specifications and Standards. 

Cheryl's designs emphasize conservation and environmentally responsible practices, including the use of xeriscape design, hydrozoning, the use of structural soil and pervious concrete for urban trees and streets, as well as Low Impact Development (LID) best management practices for on-site stormwater management.  Cheryl has an extensive knowledge of Mediterranean and California native plants that are appropriate for both urban and natural settings.
